Basel goes Circus! On Saturday & Sunday, 11 & 12 May the circus is going on in the middle of the city! The flying trapeze invites you to join in. From the age of eight, all flying enthusiasts can swing through the air, feel pure adrenaline and be an artist for a few minutes. An experience that won’t be quickly forgotten.
Participation is 100% harmless and free of charge, and Barfüsserplatz also offers a variety of open-air shows!

A stage will also be provided for young non-professionals. The young talent stage on Sunday 12 May will be supported by the Europapark Talent Academy. Spectators can look forward to various performances by the talent factory in Rust as well as to performances by the youth circuses of Basel, Jugend Circus Basilisk, Jugendzirkus Robiano, Zirkusschule Basel and Quartier Circus Bruederholz.
