YOUNG STAGE FRIENDS-CLUB
The YOUNG STAGE FRIENDS-CLUB is the patrons’ association and an important pillar for the activities of the festival.
The FRIENDS-CLUB contributions helps to finance, among other things, travel, accommodation, a pocket money and catering for the artists as well as the various business and coaching workshops. As a FRIENDS-CLUB member you are automatically part of the festival family, get a personal insight behind the scenes and benefit from numerous advantages/counter benefits.
Why become a member?
YOUNG STAGE is a non-profit association based in Basel with a very small team that organises a world-class festival year after year. It works tirelessly for the young talents, supports them, gives them a platform, advises them, offers them workshops and much more. YOUNG STAGE is a non-profit, cultural event with a meaningful purpose that needs to be put on a financially secure footing every year. Without generous support from foundations, Swisslos-Fonds , sponsors and patrons, the festival would not exist. At YOUNG STAGE, the finances are always a means to an end, and all funds are invested in the content, the development of the festival and the promotion of young artists. By becoming a member of the YOUNG STAGE FRIENDS-CLUB, you directly support young, ambitious artists on their way to the world’s best. You support an event in Basel that is unique in Switzerland and which carries out the name of the city far into the world with great passion.
With a “FRIENDS-Membership” you support our work and automatically promote young professional artists. We will gladly give you something in return!
