<\/div>[vc_column_text]The International Circus Festival YOUNG STAGE Basel celebrated its grand finale, after almost 20 years, with a moving gala show. The audience responded with standing ovations.<\/p>\n

22 artists from 12 countries thrilled audiences in six performances. The magic, the joy, and the gratitude were palpable every single minute. Festival Director Nadja Berger was overwhelmed: \u201cOver all these years, YOUNG STAGE has not only launched artistic careers, but has also touched hearts \u2013 and this magical spark will remain.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Looking back on countless unforgettable experiences, she emphasized: \u201cI sincerely thank all our partners and supporters, as well as the cantons of Basel-Stadt and Basel-Landschaft for their generous support over the years. Without them, this festival would not have been possible. I also thank my wonderful team and above all our audience. Because without an audience, there would be no circus, no culture, and no YOUNG STAGE.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

With this final festival evening, an era comes to an end. But the memories and impulses for the circus world will remain alive.<\/p>\n
